The lack of NFL experience of Cardinals player Chris Wells is not an issue to him. He assures the lights of the NFL will not be something new for him due to the fact that in Ohio State he used to deal with all the same situations.

Huge stadiums fill with millions of spectators, media frenzies, and much more.  He claims that the transition from college to pro football will be as easy as 1,2,3.

While he was in college he had a chance to play with wonderful and very talented players, although he does admit that the NFL talent he will be playing with from now on is a lot more stimulating.

“Season of reconstruction? This is not a season of reconstruction”, exclaims Raheem Morris, head coach of the Buccaneers. The defensive tackle Chris Hovan adds to the the coach’s remark the following:  “In this sport, the hope is for the losers”, declares Hovan; “we will fight for all.

If your focus upon initiating the season is not to win the championship, then I don’t know why you are playing this game”.

While he accumulated 12 sacks, which is 10 more than all the other defensive linemen combined.  Throughout Williams’ three years in the NFL, his companion on the other end of the D-line was Anthony Weaver. In three years he achieved a total of only one sack, against Williams’ 30.5.

Williams’ enthusiasm is understandable, seeing that the Texans got rid of Weaver this low season and they brought in Antonio Smith, who has put together 14,5 sacks in four years with the Cardinals. “Having somebody over there that’s a playmaker, a proven playmaker, who has been through the playoffs and been in the big games, obviously brings a different mentality to the team”, Williams declared. “Our division rivals have good QBs so we need to pressure them”.
